We are excited to run a 6 week, super fast, winter DashLax clinic for boys and girls in grades 2 to 5.
DashLax is built for kids who want to get better while simply playing the game. Think backyard lacrosse. Fast paced. Lots of touches. Lots of creativity. Kids will work on core skills, then roll right into quick 5v5 scrimmages where they learn by playing. During the second half of each session, players will be grouped by age and skill to create fun, balanced teams.
DashLax is an up and down style of lacrosse with no contact. It focuses on fun play, smart decisions, and real teamwork. Players learn how to move the ball, find open teammates, attack space, and score in a fast moving environment that keeps them thinking and reacting.
Kids need a lacrosse stick, helmet, and gloves. Because the program is no contact, defense is taught like soccer or basketball. Stay in front, move your feet, angle players away from the goal, and work together.
Backyard speed. Real improvement. Lots of fun.
Dates: Wednesdays: Jan 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, 4th, 11th
Grades: 5th and 6th Grade
